Practicing yoga unblocks the energy channels in the body and leads to greater life force, vitality and clarity of mind. The more mental clarity and aliveness you have, the greater your openness to the world becomes.
PRANAYAMA releases us from any unproductive fixations on stubborn problems. By breathing effectively and fully using the breath through yogic techniques, we feel more energised, more relaxed and healthier. By awakening prana in the body we bring the free flow of inspiration.
Learn different mindfulness practices and ancient techniques guided within various traditions, such as the ancient medicine wheel of the Peruvian Andes
and the Tibetan tradition.
TETE-A-TETE is a participatory performance, an intimate 1-hour conversation through drawing on your own skin. There is only one rule - no words. The drawing tools: eco-cosmetic pencils.
Within Tete-a-Tete new modes of language, based on intuition, silence, imagination and sensibility are being awakened.
NOMADIC PICNIC is a participatory performance, an unconventional meal in silence. People are served with six sculptural, conceptual vegan dishes designed by DAY Collective. The meal consists of six courses without gluten and added sugar, the most universal diet enabling everyone’s participation and respecting nature.
is an embodied, intimate 1-hour experience. It consists of a series of meetings, conversations through drawing on the skin of each other and oneself, and in different combination of people.
We will start our journey together with a wordless welcome and dinner, followed by a sharing circle to meet with words.

DAY Collective is an artistic duo consisting of Dorota Radzimirska and Yulia Ratman based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Their artistic research involves (participatory) performances and tactile forms. It engages with relations between people as well as people and their environment in modern societies, characterised by lack of trust, categorisation, and disconnection from nature and from themselves.
They see how these phenomena manifest through
the manner of language and representation. By applying body movement, meditation, abstraction and silence in their works the pre-constructed behaviours and beliefs dissolve. In the created environment, what usually occurs is a relaxation of body and mind and a new embodied experience. In this way, intuition, sensibility, and feeling of connection open up.

Iva Buzhashka is an art historian, yoga teacher, arts & mindfulness educator. She studied arts and culture in Rome, Copenhagen and Leiden, and investigates arts as a space of transformation, and addresses topics, such as embodiment, constitution of subjectivity, identity and agency. Years of yoga practice in Amsterdam led Iva to a journey in Guatemala, and consequently to completing a yoga teacher training in the Sacred Valley of Peru. Since then, Iva has been teaching in different parts of the world (Peru, Croatia, Morocco, Sri Lanka, Spain). She is currently a yoga, mindfulness and pranayama teacher online and at SHA Wellness Clinic in Spain. Through embodiment practices she guides her students on a transformational journey inwards and helps them connect to their true being.
