Welcome!
My name is Iva and I am an Art Historian, a Yoga Alliance
certified Online & In-Person Yoga Teacher, and Arts & Mindfulness Educator.
I guide yoga, meditation, and pranayama classes to help you unlock your creative energy, open up, expand, bring joy
and find inner peace.
Currently I work at SHA Wellness Clinic and Dreamsea Mediterranean.
My academic research in Arts & Culture focuses on topics,
such as constitution of subjectivity, identity and agency, and investigates contemporary art as a space of transformation.

ONLINE PRIVATE YOGA CLASSES
‘Yoga gets the energy body moving, and the energy body is the source of creativity. When we take new
and expansive shapes with the body we are influenced to take new and expansive shapes with the mind.'
- Anne Cushman
What happens in your body when you stand on your head, or twist your body into an unusual shape?
Practicing yoga leads to greater vitality and clarity of mind. The more mental clarity and aliveness you have, the greater your openness to the world becomes.

ONLINE PRANAYAMA CLASSES
'Rather than waiting for experience to alter the breath,
we can deliberately alter the breath to change our experience'
- Rinpoche
Pranayama allows us to be more aware, be in the present, and focus inwards, removing distractions from the outside world.
Through our breath we can release blockages in our thinking, feelings, and behaviour. By breathing effectively and fully using the breath through yogic techniques, we feel calmer, more energised, and a lot healthier.

ARTS & CULTURE
During my studies in Bulgaria, Italy, Denmark and the Netherlands I have been engaged with academic discourses that address urgent issues of the current society.
My academic research focuses on topics, such as constitution of subjectivity and post-humanist perspectives on identity and agency.
It offers a perspective on contemporary visual arts as a space of transformation.
