VINYASA YOGA

Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic style with a variety of postures to bring physical strength, endurance, and flexibility. During this practice, you will smoothly transition from pose to pose, while aligning your breath to the bodily movement.

•PRANAYAMA​

Through our breath we can release blockages in our thinking, feelings, and behaviour. When we feel worried or afraid, we hold our breath, which takes away our vital life energy, and makes us feel exhausted and even more stressed.

By breathing effectively and fully using the breath through yogic techniques, you will feel more energised, more relaxed, and a lot healthier.

YIN YOGA

 

 

Yin Yoga combines aspects of Hatha Yoga, the concept of the meridians in Chinese medicine, Taoist philosophy and Budhist meditation techniques. As a practice, yin yoga is designed to improve the flow of chi (the vital energy of the body) through the energetic channels (or meridians) to improve overall emotional well-being, immunity and organ health.
