Full Moon Yoga Practice to Let Go & Visualise Your Goals.

The appearance of a full moon is the time of the month where energy peaks, and then releases. There is an intensity in the air and emotions can rise to the surface in order to be expressed and released. This means that a full moon is actually the perfect time to let go. In this way, you prepare yourself for a new chapter, just as a full moon gives way to a new moon. On Full MOON you can feel unbalanced or not well grounded. That's why we will practice full moon yoga & perform the rituals of letting go. We will: 1. Write down what’s been weighing us down. To truly let go, we need to identify the things that have been weighing us down. This could be a habit we would like to change, a bad situation, or even a person in our life. 2. Forgive & Let go : We will practice Hoʻoponopono - a Hawaiian practice of reconciliation and forgiveness. 3. Breathe in Silence We will hold each breath in silence, focusing only on the breath, and feel the cleansing effect on a mental level this practice has. 4. Move our Bodies We will use the wisdom of nature and flow gently through our asanas with awareness of the breath to open ourselves. 5. Visualise Our Goals In our Full Moon Meditation we will bring clarity on what we envision for ourselves in the next month. With a calm clear mind, we will see things as they really are, which allows us to recognize our full potential and come home to our inner guidance. Feel the Moon. Reconnect with Nature.
