Vinyasa Yoga Practice to move the energy in the body and start your journey fresh and energised! 

SESSION 2 // PRANAYAMA // Recorded Session

'Rather than waiting for experience to alter the breath, we can deliberately alter the breath to change our experience' - Rinpoche

I will guide you through different yogic breathing techniques that you can practice yourself daily to centre the mind and bring clarity for your day ahead. 

SESSION 3 // MEDITATION // Recorded Session

I will guide you through various meditation techniques. Meditation is proven to reduce negative emotions, increase self-awareness and help you manage stress and gain new perspective on stressful situations.  

SESSION 4 //  ONLINE LIVE 1:1 SESSION WITH ME
